very smoothly running, multitasking working very effective, resolution good enough, battery backup 4 to 5 hours.
Improvements/ Negatives:
Camera quality is okay okay, Screen shakes from hinge when I sat under fan at speed of 5, Sprakers are not too loud.

Bought the laptop on 27 Nov 2025.within 2 day Laptop dead.Amazon Replacment create,but it automatically registered service request. I also called the HP service centre
They took 5-6 days to come at home HP man say there is serial no not mentioned in Amazon bill there was another slip where serial no mentioned but the HP man won’t accept this bill then we called Amazon they said we do not mentioned serial no on bill we give another slip there serial no is mentioned after 3 hrs of arguments HP accepted the Amazon’s bill and slip after that said Motherboard is defective we have asked them for Replacement of laptop. HP gave us DOA letter and said show this to Amazon they will give replacement.
After giving the DOA letter to Amazon they took very long day to pickup done on 22 Dec 2025. But the laptop not Replaced they gave Refund.which arrived on 24 Dec 25.
I have also bought the Acko warranty along with this laptop for 1249₹ but this refund they initiated on 25 Dec 25 still it on way to credit to the account.
So the laptop bought on 27 Nov 25.
No replacement done.Refund took this long time. I have written here this is what happened.
