At Refurbished Mobiles, we value customer satisfaction and aim to provide a smooth shopping experience. If you face any issue with your order, please read our return and refund policy carefully.
1) Return Window
You may request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery (unless a different timeline is mentioned on the product page).
2) Eligible Reasons for Return
A return/replacement request is eligible in the following cases:
- You received a wrong product (different model/variant)
- The product is dead on arrival / not working as described
- The product has physical damage during shipping (must be reported immediately as per Section 4)
- Missing items/accessories that were promised on the product page
Note: Minor cosmetic marks/scratches are normal in refurbished products. Please check the product condition/grade details mentioned on the product page.
3) Conditions for Return Approval
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be in the same condition as delivered
- It must include all accessories, freebies (if any), and original packaging (if provided)
- The product must not be tampered, opened, repaired, or physically damaged by the customer
- The device should be logged out from all accounts (Google/iCloud/Microsoft), and Find My iPhone must be turned off (for iPhones)
If any of the above conditions are not met, the return may be rejected.
4) Damaged or Tampered Package (Important)
If you receive a parcel that is damaged, opened, or tampered, please:
- Do not accept the delivery (if possible), OR
- Record an unboxing video from start to finish without cuts, and contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Without proper evidence (like an unboxing video/photos), we may not be able to approve damage-related claims.
5) Replacement vs Refund
Depending on the issue and stock availability:
- We will try to offer a replacement first.
- If replacement is not available, a refund will be processed.
6) Refund Method & Timeline
Once the returned product passes inspection:
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method (UPI/Card/Netbanking) or as applicable.
- Refund processing time: 5–10 business days after successful inspection.
Shipping/handling charges (if any) may be non-refundable, unless the return is approved due to our error (wrong item/defective item).
7) Return Pickup / Shipping
- If pickup is available in your area, we will arrange a pickup after approval.
- If pickup is not available, you may be requested to self-ship the product to our return address (shared by support).
- In approved cases (wrong/defective), return shipping cost may be covered as per our support instructions.
8) Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Cases
Return/refund will not be applicable for:
- Change of mind / don’t like the product
- Normal wear & tear, minor scratches, or cosmetic expectations not matching
- Damage due to misuse, liquid damage, broken screen after delivery
- Products returned without accessories/packaging
- Products where warranty seals/labels are removed or tampered
- If return request is raised after the return window
