At Refurbished Mobiles, we aim to deliver your orders safely and on time. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.

1) Order Processing Time

  • Orders are usually processed within 24–48 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
  • In some cases (high demand, verification, stock checks), processing may take slightly longer.

2) Delivery Timeline

Delivery time depends on your location and courier service availability:

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
  • Other Cities/Towns: 3–7 business days
  • Remote/Non-Serviceable Areas: 5–10 business days (if serviceable)

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, strikes, or other unavoidable circumstances.

3) Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before payment.
  • Occasionally, we may offer free shipping on selected products/orders as part of promotions.

4) Serviceable Locations

  • We ship to most locations across India, subject to courier partner availability.
  • If your area is not serviceable, you may be contacted for an alternative solution or the order may be cancelled and refunded (if already paid).

5) Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email/SMS/WhatsApp (as available).
  • You can also contact our support team for tracking assistance.

6) Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD availability depends on product type, order value, and your delivery location.
  • If COD is available, it will be shown on the checkout page.

7) Delivery Attempt & Re-Delivery

  • Courier partners usually attempt delivery 1–3 times.
  • If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unreachable phone number, or customer unavailability, the order may be returned to origin (RTO).
  • In RTO cases, additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipping (if requested).

8) Address & Contact Details (Customer Responsibility)

Please ensure you enter the correct:

  • Full address with pincode
  • Landmark (if any)
  • Correct mobile number

Incorrect or incomplete address may lead to delays or failed delivery.

9) Packaging & Safety

All orders are packed securely to reduce the risk of transit damage. For refurbished products, minor box wear may be possible depending on stock packaging type.

10) Damaged / Opened Package (Important)

If the package looks tampered, opened, or damaged at the time of delivery:

  • Do not accept the package (if possible), OR
  • Record a continuous unboxing video (without cuts) and report within 24 hours of delivery.

Without proper evidence (unboxing video/photos), claims for transit damage may not be accepted.
